TLF is a charitable organisation whose primary purpose is animal welfare — including stray animal rescue, medical aid, shelter support, and public sensitisation — funded partly through mentorship and educational activities conducted by its founders and volunteers.

TLF holds: PAN: AAMCT1090Q  ·  12A Registration: AAMCT1090QE20251  ·  80G Approval: AAMCT1090QF20251. Both 12A and 80G are provisional and valid in line with the applicable orders of the Income Tax Department.

This website provides information about TLF's activities, enables visitors to report animals in distress, and accepts donations to support the Foundation's charitable work.

No commercial product is sold through this website. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

Donations to TLF are voluntary contributions in support of the Foundation's charitable objectives.

Donations are processed through Razorpay or such other payment gateways as we may use from time to time.

Where eligible, donation receipts will be issued under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to and within the validity of TLF's provisional approval.

By making a donation, you confirm that: the funds are from a lawful source; you are donating in your own capacity or are authorised to donate on behalf of the entity from whose account the donation is made; and you do not expect any goods, services, or personal benefit in exchange beyond what is permitted for a charitable donation.

Donations received will be used to advance TLF's charitable objectives, including: rescue and emergency care of stray and injured animals; veterinary treatment, vaccinations, and sterilisation; shelter and feeding support; public awareness programmes; and administrative and operational costs reasonably necessary to carry out the above.

TLF, acting through its Board of Directors, retains sole discretion over the allocation and use of donated funds within the scope of its charitable objectives.

When you report an animal in distress or otherwise submit information, you confirm that the information is true and provided in good faith.

You grant TLF a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and act on the information you submit for the purpose of carrying out the rescue, providing care, internal record-keeping, and statutory reporting.

If you submit photographs, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us, and you grant TLF permission to use such photographs in connection with the rescue and, in anonymised or non-personal form, for awareness purposes — unless you ask us in writing not to.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

The website may integrate with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), email delivery providers, and social platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Tranquil Light Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to clause 14.3, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the website.

Either party may, at its option, refer any dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur, and the language shall be English.
